Small Grants
In 2016, Weld County five educational entities, students, non-profits, and other community groups received $18,000 to support natural resource conservation projects. If you have an idea for an innovative project compatible with our funding priorities, apply! WGCD accepts applications on a rolling basis each month. Visit www.wgcd.org for more.
Small grant funding priorities:
- Conservation — wildlife, soils, water, recycling/composting, renewable energy, etc.;
- Science education; and
- Urban/agriculture connections.
