Description

A golden beauty that loves to bloom all summer long. This US native plant, also known as Tickseed Coreopsis, produces masses of 2-inch golden yellow, fringed blooms that have a reddish-brown eye.

At full size this hardy plant will reach 18-24″ tall and with deadheading will bloom into fall. Flowers will re-seed, so leave some spent flower heads if this is desired.

Coreopsis is tolerant of either moist or dry conditions, dry and poor soils, and is considered deer resistant and tolerant of partial shade. This fierce-blooming perennial wildflower is a low-maintenance way to bring major color to any property.
